Roberto is the Service Line Lead for Business Applications and Business Productivity in Italy and Western Europe. He join Microsoft EMEA HQ in 2005 as Senior Consultant focused on Dynamics CRM Solution. In 2006 he joined the Italian Business Applications Practice in MCS and after few months he increased his responsibilities to become Principal Consultant in FY07 and then Resource Practice Manager in FY08 with the responsibility to lead the Business Applications Practice focused on Microsoft Dynamics. Roberto, is also responsible for the BizApps Technical Community in EMEA. Before join Microsoft, he worked for several years in SAP as CRM Practice Manager in the Services Division. His first experience was for an Italian System Integrator on Oracle Applications and Business Objects. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Enrica and with his two children Riccardo and Pietro, he likes football, reading and playing with his XBOX.
